Position: Summer Student, Local Food Program Assistant
Location: 317 Reid Street, Peterborough, ON
Term: Equivalent of 37.5 hours/week for 8-16 weeks, dependent on funding; start date negotiable
Salary: $12.25/hour

Position Summary: The Local Food Program Assistant (Summer Student) will assist with the planning, coordination and administration of Local Food Month in Peterborough. Special emphasis will be placed on ensuring that local farmers are showcased throughout the season. The Student will also provide support specifically to the Flint Corn project, an indigenous community growing and seed saving initiative.
