Mental Health Forum

The Peterborough Ag Roundtable is hosting an education session for farmers on June 4. The session aims to uncover some of the barriers individuals encounter when seeking support for mental health concerns and provide a more inclusive approach to accessing services with the objective of moving towards “mental health for all”.

Speakers include Dave Pogue of Team 55 and Jack Veitch of the Canadian Mental Health Association of Haliburton, Kawartha and Pine Ridge.

Tuesday, June 4th, 7 pm at the Douro Community Center.

Pasture Walk

Pasture Walk will include educational talks from various experts in fencing, water establishment, forages, and managed grazing practices. Come learn about pasture management techniques and the products that make it work; make your livestock and managed grazing work for you! Improve soil health, forage & livestock quality and yield, and operational profitability.
